Job summary

RIQC Limited is seeking a senior technical lead auditor to deliver third-party management system audits and, where authorised, review audit reports, perform technical reviews and certify decisions. The postholder supports RIQC’s certification activities across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with national travel as required.

The role focuses on audit delivery with office-based reviews, ensuring impartiality, audit quality and continuous improvement of RIQC’s certification services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading management system certification audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Demonstrated competence in audit report review, technical review or certification decisions.
• Evidence of working within an accredited Certification Body and eligibility for RIQC authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct third-party certification audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, including single-standard and multi-site audits.
• Undertake audit report review and technical review to ensure completeness, quality and conformity with RIQC procedures.
• Make certification decisions only where formally authorised and independent of the audit concerned.
• Support application review, scope definition, and audit programme development; plan audits and certify scope.
• Provide input to resource allocation and governance to ensure impartiality and timely delivery of programmes.
