Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Deep Clean Operative to join a skilled team delivering bespoke cleaning and maintenance across rail partner sites in the UK. You will follow safety protocols, use the provided systems to record work and report faults, and participate in a shift pattern including days and nights as required.

The role requires a manual driving license, IPAF/PASMA/PTS certifications (or willingness to obtain via Carlisle), and basic familiarity with app-based task management.

Qualifications

• Manual drive license and use of company vehicle must be available.
• IPAF, PASMA and PTS certifications and harness training preferred (can be obtained via Carlisle).
• Basic understanding of app-based software and use of handheld devices to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pressure Washing and Reach and Wash tasks.
• Glazing cleaning and floor scrubbing.
• Washroom and sanitary deep cleans.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning; graffiti removal.
• Steam cleaning and high level cleaning.
• Gum removal and waste removal; deep cleans.
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance across allocated area.
• Possessions and isolations as scheduled.
