Job summary

OnSite is seeking a Skilled Groundworker to join our Rail & Civils team at Heathrow. You will perform groundwork, drainage, excavations and reinstatement works in rail and civil environments, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery.

We offer a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000), a company van, full PPE, overtime opportunities and clear career progression with ongoing training and development. Minimum 3 years' experience and a valid PTScertification are essential, with a Full UK Driving Licence

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Groundworker role.
• Valid PTS certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience in drainage works, excavations, reinstatement and civils projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Excavation and drainage works.
• Concreting, foundations and reinstatement activities.
• Work within rail and operational environments per site procedures.
• Read drawings and site specifications.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas.
• Support site teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
• Work independently and as part of a project team.
