Job summary

OnSite is seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our Rail & Civils team at Heathrow. You will undertake a range of groundwork and civil engineering activities, including excavation, drainage, concreting, and reinstatement works, in rail and operational environments.

The role offers a competitive salary (£35k-£40k depending on experience), a company van, PPE, overtime, ongoing training, and clear career progression. Minimum 3 years' experience, PTS, and a valid UK driving licence are required.

• Valid PTS certification is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Proven experience in drainage works, excavations and reinstatement.

As a Skilled Groundworker, you will undertake a range of groundwork and civil engineering activities, including excavation, drainage, concreting, foundations and reinstatement works. The Role

As a Skilled Groundworker, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of groundwork and civil engineering activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Essential

What You\'ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years\' experience in a Groundworker role.
• Valid PTS certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience in: drainage works, excavations, reinstatement, general civils projects
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable, proactive and positive approach to work.

Desirable

• CSCS Card.
• Street Works qualification.
• Confined Space training.
• First Aid certification.
• Plant Operator competencies/tickets.
• TWC/TWS.
