A leading asset management company is seeking a Mid-Senior level STE5 Examiner to conduct visual and detailed inspections on railway buildings, depots, and stations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid STE5 competency and a PTS/IWA certificate, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• Must have experience in visual and detailed inspections according to NR standards.
• Valid STE5 competency is necessary.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough inspections on buildings, depots, and stations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Proactively plan and manage inspections.

Skills

Experience in visual and detailed inspections to NR standards NR/L3/CIV/006

Valid STE5 competency

Valid PTS / IWA certificate

Understanding of materials/defects and risk scoring

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Good written and verbal communication skills
