Job summary

Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced PTS 360 Excavator Operator for a long-term rail civils role, starting Monday 12th October. The role involves operating a 360 excavator safely within a rail environment, performing earthworks, drainage and lifting operations as required.

Applicants must hold a valid PTS and CPCS or NPORS with CSCS for 360 Excavator; a Lifting Operations endorsement is preferred. You will follow RAMS and site procedures, prioritising health & safety and effective

Qualifications

• PTS certification is mandatory.
• CPCS or NPORS with CSCS for 360 excavator required.
• Lifting operations endorsement preferred where applicable.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator in rail/civils environments preferred.
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently within a rail environment.
• Carry out excavation, digging, grading and general earthworks.
• Assist with drainage, foundations and other civils works as required.
• Carry out lifting operations where trained and competent.
• Work safely around services and other site activities.
• Complete daily plant checks and report defects.
• Follow instructions from Site Supervisor and Plant & Vehicle Marshall.
• Work in accordance with RAMS and site procedures.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times.
• Assist with general site duties when required.
