Job summary

3D Personnel are seeking a skilled 360 Operator for a construction project in Eastleigh. You will operate a 360 excavator safely, carry out pre-start checks, and work with the Site Management Team to excavate trenches and move materials.

The role requires a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket, previous site experience, full PPE, and a strong focus on safety. You will join a supportive team delivering high standards on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Excavator.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.
• Must be hardworking, reliable and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport and full PPE.
• Must follow site health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely to excavate, dig, load and move materials.
• Carry out pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator.
• Excavate trenches, foundations, footings and other areas as instructed.
• Load materials such as soil, rubble and aggregates on site.
• Operate around obstacles and busy construction sites.
• Work safely with other plant, vehicles and personnel.
• Report defects or mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow site rules and operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment.
