Job summary

Helix Medical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an e-Learning Content Developer to create digital learning materials that help students and professionals understand radiotherapy and medical physics. You will work with subject specialists and cross-functional teams to shape content and how learners progress.

You’ll turn a VR simulation platform into engaging modules, assessments and resources, map content to curricula, and set standards for accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Background in radiotherapy essential.
• Experience designing digital learning content and familiarity with LMS desirable.
• Experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital learning modules, exercises, assessments and supporting resources.
• Map content to curricula and ensure accuracy with review processes.
• Own the content roadmap and identify gaps for updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with universities, hospitals and education customers; provide onboarding and demos.
• Hybrid role with limited UK travel to sites and events.
