Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Professional Lead for its Radiology Centre to shape and deliver radiology strategy across The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford and the Community Diagnostics Centre.

The role provides professional leadership for radiology staff, drives clinical governance, and collaborates with senior colleagues to improve patient care and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at senior level and leading changes in a collaborative style with senior colleagues.
• Ability to develop and empower staff while ensuring adherence to Professional Code of Conduct and Healthcare Professions Council regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Radiology Centre strategy integrated with the Clinical Support Services Divisional Strategy.
• Provide professional leadership for radiology staff across inpatients and outpatients, supporting and empowering staff to develop their knowledge and skills.
• Advise the Trust and external agencies on professional standards and governance.
