Qualifications

• Experience in Administration within a healthcare environment.
• Experience within radiology is desirable.
• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and to coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain efficient administrative and reception services for the Radiology Department.
• Take bookings for Diagnostic Imaging examinations and provide accurate preparation instructions.
• Handle telephone and email queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and develop information, reporting and filing systems daily, weekly and monthly.
• Promote good relations with clinicians, other departments and external organisations.
