Job summary

DMC Healthcare is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Radiology Reporting department at Head Office, London. This role coordinates study allocation to radiologists, maintains client activity logs, and serves as the main contact for information flow within the radiology team.

You will liaise with clients, radiologists, and other health professionals to ensure smooth workflows, adherence to SLAs, and timely reporting. A serious focus on accuracy, organization, and service quality is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Allocate studies in line with SLA and radiologists’ availability.
• Maintain accurate client activity logs.
• Deal with administrative queries and liaise with clinicians.
• Respond to client and radiologist queries and requests.
• Ensure reports meet turnaround times.
• Collaborate within operations for smooth workflow.
• Assist radiologists via PACS and email with tasks.
• Support clients and radiologists with PACS training and issues.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and operational projects.
