The Radiology Service is building a new and exciting future for its imaging services. You will be joining a team offering clinical cross-site support, providing the highest quality patient-focused care. Your role involves dealing with patients, the public, and staff at all levels. You will support radiology staff, including radiographers and radiologists, which involves working with patients who may be very ill or distressed, so good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. To maintain patient flow, you may also undertake clerical duties within the department.
You will need to work flexibly, participating in an extended 7-day service, including out-of-hours and bank holidays on a rota basis. The role involves various imaging modalities and is primarily based at Bassetlaw Hospital, with potential travel to other sites.
Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent, proven computer experience, and good interpersonal and organizational skills.
