We have an exciting opportunity for an Imaging Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.

As an Imaging Administrator, you will be vital to our team in providing efficient and timely management of patient services and supporting the wider clinical team.

At Nuffield Health, your role requires excellence in both administration and people skills. You’ll be adept at working quickly and accurately, with keen attention to detail. A caring nature and the ability to see each patient as an individual, carrying out your role with understanding and empathy, are essential. You will help deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Experience in working within Diagnostic Imaging is desirable.

Your role will include:

• Meeting and greeting patients
• Taking telephone enquiries
• Ensuring billing is accurate and transparent
• Managing radiology appointment diaries in line with Consultant schedules
• Understanding clinical terminology related to imaging services
• Supporting clinical admin processes, audits, and image exchange

We’ve opened the doors to Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew’s Hospital: The City of London’s only independent hospital, situated next to St Bartholomew’s NHS hospital. This is our flagship center for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services, including orthopaedics, oncology, general surgery, gynecology, and urology services.

Our hospital consists of 55 beds, including 7 specialist intensive care beds, four of the most advanced digital operating theatres, and Endoscopy and minor ops theatres. It features 28 consultation rooms, a cardiac catheterisation lab, Oncology Day unit, and a full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, and general X-ray.
