Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking two Radiology Administrators to manage referrals, appointments and related administrative tasks in an ad hoc bank capacity. The role requires empathy, attention to detail and strong data handling to meet service standards and deadlines.

You will support bookings, room and consultant availability, and clinic scheduling to sustain high-quality patient experiences while aligning with department targets.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to handle high volumes of administration accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs.

We are looking for two Radiology Administrators who will be responsible administering a large volume of requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and have experience working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.

As our Bookings Administrator you will:

• Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.
• Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales
• Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.
• To prepare standard and ad hoc reports as required and required by the department
• Handle appointments bookings and changes
• Co-ordinate availability of rooms and consultants
• Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs
