Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking a Radiology Administrator to join the bank team. The role involves handling referrals to appointments, maintaining service delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, plus customer-facing experience, are preferred. The position is an ad hoc, bank role with hourly pay and on-site responsibilities within the Leicester Hospital Administration team.

We are looking for two Radiology Administrators who will be responsible administering a large volume of requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and have experience working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales
• Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.
