Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is recruiting a Radiology Administrator (Bank) to manage a high volume of referrals, bookings and clinic schedules on an ad hoc basis. The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience in a customer-facing environment, with strong data accuracy, reporting and coordination skills to support services and consultants.

We are looking for two Radiology Administrators who will be responsible administering a large volume of requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations.

Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and have experience working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.

As our Bookings Administrator you will:

• Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.
• Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales
• Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.
• To prepare standard and ad hoc reports as required and required by the department
• Handle appointments bookings and changes
• Co-ordinate availability of rooms and consultants
• Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs
