Job summary

Nuffield Health at Woking Hospital is seeking a Radiology Administrator on a bank/ad-hoc basis. You will handle admin tasks in a fast-paced department, support patients, and ensure smooth appointment flows.

The role focuses on compassionate customer service, accurate data handling, and efficient communication with radiology staff. The bank position means variable hours, with pay up to £13.10 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department
• Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships
• Answer the phone, deal with enquiries and book radiology appointments
• Welcome patients in person, directing them to the appropriate changing or waiting rooms
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions and send out imaging reports in a timely manner
