Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to work on the ward in a bank/Ad Hoc capacity. The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and relevant hospital experience. You should have a good telephone manner, and strong computer and database skills.

Salary is up to £13 per hour, depending on skills and experience. The role involves supporting a team of Registered Nurses and consultants before and after surgery, with flexible weekend/night work as required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 is acceptable depending on role.
• Experience in an acute hospital or care setting is preferred.

Healthcare Assistant – Ward (Bank) Leicester Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Ad Hoc Includes weekend/night work Up to £13 per hour, depending on skills and experience Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
