Nuffield Health Cardiff Vale Hospitals is seeking a Radiology Admin Team Lead to oversee administration in the Radiology department. You will lead and mentor a team, maintain excellent patient and stakeholder service, and ensure processes meet required standards and timescales.

Flexibility to cover 4 or 5 days within a 34-hour week is required. Applicants should show strong leadership, detail orientation, and professional IT use, with radiology experience considered advantageous.

As our Radiology Administrator Team Lead you will:

• Lead, manage and develop administrators
• Provide the highest standards of customer service
• To handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
• To ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales
• To work within the Radiology & Main reception department

The person

To succeed as a Radiology Admin Team Lead, you will need:

This role is part time of 34 hours per week. Hours are to be worked over 4 or 5 days. Please note that the department operational hours are 8am-8pm, Monday - Friday so flexibility to work across these hours is a must.
