Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a customer-facing setting, with leadership skills and knowledge of clinical terminology. Radiology experience is desirable, and experience in a medical environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous team leader role preferred.
• Radiology experience desirable; medical setting experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure administration work meets required standards and timescales.
• Enter, modify, maintain and present data accurately using electronic or manual systems.
• Induct, train and mentor new staff.
• Coordinate staff resources across the location to support operations.
