RaceStaff.com in Silverstone, UK, is hiring a Race Team Co-ordinator for a permanent, full-time, office-based role. You will support the Team & Operations Manager, coordinating travel, logistics and team services across the worldwide race programme.

The role requires experience in travel coordination, compliance with H&S procedures, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities during events and at the factory.

Competenze

• Three years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within motorsport, events or travel coordination.
• Proven ability to arrange international travel, accommodation and visas for groups.
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport, with ability to travel internationally.
• MS Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel proficiency.

Mansioni

• Coordinate travel and logistics for the worldwide race programme, including transport, transfers and accommodation.
• Produce detailed itineraries for team personnel at events.
• Manage accreditation, per diem calculations, and scheduling for guests and drivers.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and staff training records; liaise with suppliers and partners.
