Job summary

Jaguar TCS Racing is seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to define and publish travel, logistics and event plans, attend tests and PR appearances, and handle general team administration. The role sits at the heart of logistics, with day-to-day office and factory support, trackside coordination, and arranging driver and crew transport.

A fast-paced environment requires strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of booking flights via a Global Distribution System (GDS) preferred.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of seniority and provide professional travel support.
• Ability to work at pace with high volumes.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/OneNote/Word).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Define, arrange and publish team travel, logistics and factory event coordination plans.
• Attend events as required (Test / PR / occasionally Race).
• Carry out team administrative duties as required.
• Publish itineraries promptly for all team events.
• Own test team logistics, liaise with suppliers and manage printing and packing lists.
• Support day-to-day admin when trackside, including schedules and airport collections.
• Assist in garage setup, kit organisation and related duties.
• Coordinate internal factory race watch events and safety cover.
