Mercedes‑AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley, UK invites current university students to join an industrial placement with the Race Strategy or Race Engineering Team. You will support race and test events, analyze data, and contribute to development of automation tools used by the race team.
The program runs from end of June 2027 to end of July 2028. You will work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art factory environment and be part of a cohort across all functions of the team.

We have two exciting opportunities for a current university student to join either the Race Strategy or Race Engineering Team on an Industrial Placement. The destination will be an outcome of the assessment and selection process. The successful candidates will work as part of the race team running support systems and providing analysis of data for both race and test events. Outside of these events the successful candidates will contribute towards development and automation of tools used within the race team.
