The Test Operations function is responsible for coordinating and delivering the car development and validation test programme across Test & Development, Dyno and Track activities. Working across multiple engineering functions, this role plays an important part in ensuring tests are planned, prepared and executed efficiently to support car performance and programme objectives.
As a Placement Student, you will work with a wide range of engineering departments to improve planning, visibility, automation and operational processes across the test programme. You will contribute to the development of new tools, systems, dashboards and reporting solutions that enhance decision-making and improve programme delivery.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in programme engineering, operational management, data analysis, automation and continuous improvement within a high-performance Formula One environment. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes and developing practical solutions using engineering and data.
