SSE plc in Scotland (Glasgow or Perth) is seeking an R2R Senior Finance Manager to lead a finance team and deliver accurate financial reporting in line with Group requirements. The role focuses on governance, controls and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
You will mentor managers, partner with Process Leads and Financial Controllers, and drive performance and resilience across the Finance Centre of Excellence.
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following office locations, Glasgow, Perth or Dublin
Salary: £59,800 - £89,800 (UK) or €76,100 - €114,100 (ROI) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
As our R2R (Record to Report) Senior Finance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape and influence an important part of our Finance Centre of Excellence. Leading a team of talented managers, you'll create an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work while maintaining the highest standards of safety, wellbeing and financial integrity. Working in close partnership with Process Leads, Financial Controllers and Finance teams across the business, you'll bring people together around shared goals, helping to deliver accurate and insightful financial information that supports confident decision-making. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll nurture capability, champion continuous improvement and drive high standards of performance, helping to create efficient, resilient and sustainable ways of working that enable both people and business outcomes to thrive.
