SSE plc is seeking a Lead FP&A, Customer Asset Portfolio, to partner with senior leaders and deliver financial insights that support strategic decisions and sustainable growth. You will lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Customer Assets business, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and driving continuous improvement.
You will also coach and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring robust governance.
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations : Dublin, Belfast, Perth, Glasgow or Reading
Salary: £59,800 - £89,800 / €76,100 - €114,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As Lead FP&A, Customer Asset Portfolio, you'll partner with leaders across SSE Energy Customer Solutions (ECS) to deliver financial insight that drives informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
You'll lead planning, forecasting, performance reporting and analysis for the Customer Assets business, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with Finance, Business Partnering and operational teams, you'll help shape strategy, identify opportunities and support business performance.
You'll also coach and develop the Financial Planning Analyst, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture while championing best practice and continuous improvement.
As a key member of the FP&A team, you'll contribute to the evolution of ECS's planning and reporting capability, helping to create more consistent, scalable and insight-led ways of working.
