SSE plc is seeking a senior finance leader to drive the R2R function within our Finance Centre of Excellence. You will lead a team of managers, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, control rigor and timely close processes.
The role emphasizes empowerment, safety, wellbeing and robust financial integrity across the organization. You will build partnerships with Process Leads and Financial Controllers, champion continuous improvement and mentor a team through growth.
Base Location: You\'ll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following office locations, Glasgow, Perth or Dublin
Salary: £59,800 - £89,800 (UK) or €76,100 - €114,100 (ROI) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
