Job summary

Pulse Roll Label Products is seeking a motivated lab-based role focused on the development, testing, and optimisation of UV-curable inks and coatings for label and packaging applications. You will support long- and short-term projects, including new product development, technical enquiries and troubleshooting.

The role requires hands-on lab work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct lab-scale experiments and testing on raw materials and finished products; report findings clearly.

• Investigate raw materials and new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate lab records, technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
