PwC UK is seeking an R&D Tax Manager to join our Financial Services Tax Innovation & Capital Incentives team. You will advise on R&D reliefs, Patent Box, and Capital Allowances, while building strong client relationships from day one and leading project delivery.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with Senior Managers across offices, using AI tools to support reporting and technical summaries for HMRC filings. The role offers exposure to a broad client base in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D incentives and filing processes.
• Ability to lead client calls and present technical summaries.
• Autonomy to manage own development and multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationships and project delivery in R&D tax incentives.
• Coach and develop junior staff through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers to manage client relationships and deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools to support day-to-day activities and prepare technical summaries for HMRC filings.
• Identify opportunities to expand work with existing clients and in the market.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the Tax Markets and firm.
