Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in chemical, process, mechanical or petroleum engineering.
• 2+ years in engineering industry, ideally oil & gas, chemicals, energy or related process industry.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach to management.
• Flexibility to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, previous R&D tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviews with senior technical personnel to understand projects and identify eligible R&D activities.
• Write and review technical project reports highlighting key technical factors for R&D tax relief claims.
• Assist with calculation of R&D tax claims and related accounting analyses.
• Support business development opportunities and cross-sector R&D incentive claims.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to deliver high-quality advisory services.
