MHA invites graduates to join its R&D Tax Associate Graduate Programme in the UK. You will learn through hands-on training, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to real client work that drives innovation and tax relief strategies.

You’ll study toward ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7 while developing analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Achieved or predicted 2:1 degree or above and at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent).
• You will gain hands‑on experience, mentorship, and a recognised professional qualification.

Responsabilités

• Support content on R&D Tax relief claims and understanding of the related guidance.
• Assist with client workshops and financial data gathering.
• Draft technical reports to support R&D activity with clarity and accuracy.
• Develop sector knowledge by working with a variety of clients across industries.
• Progress toward ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7 professional qualifications.
