MHA is inviting applications for its Human Capital Tax Advisory Graduate Programme in the UK. You will gain real client exposure, work on tax projects, and receive structured on‑the‑job training with mentors and a clear pathway to ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7.

This programme is designed for high‑achievers with a 2:1 degree and UCAS points, offering agile working, study support, generous holiday entitlement and progression into professional qualification.

Qualifications

• Achieved or predicted 2:1 degree or above and at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent).
• Ambition to learn and progress through professional qualifications (ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7).

Responsibilities

• Support Human Capital Tax Advisory projects on real client work.
• Learn fundamentals and build up to advising clients on remuneration, employee incentives, and share schemes.
• Develop technical knowledge alongside commercial acumen through structured on‑the‑job training.
