Job summary

MHA is recruiting a Graduate Programme in R&D Tax, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and a professional qualification pathway. The role focuses on identifying and claiming R&D reliefs while developing commercial awareness and technical expertise.

You'll work with diverse clients, participate in client workshops, and progress towards ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7, with structured on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Achieved or predicted 2:1 degree or above and at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects.
• Progression toward ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7.
• Comfortable in an evolving environment and able to solve a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of R&D Tax and assist with workshops.
• Support technical interviews and financial data gathering.
• Draft technical reports to support R&D activity.
• Gaining sector knowledge across diverse clients and technologies.
• Study toward Professional Qualification ATT Level 5 and CTA Level 7.
