Job summary

Renishaw is seeking a Project Manager to lead MPD software and occasional hardware development projects. You will report to a Senior Project Manager and collaborate with global R&D teams to move products from concept to market.

The role is based at our New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, with occasional travel. Strong PM processes, risk management, and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working to PM processes for R&D projects delivering new products to market.
• Experience delivering projects to market and product launches.
• Familiar with Agile, SCRUM or similar software development methodologies.
• Experience with Renishaw product development processes is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a diverse, global team and independently to drive outcomes.
• Full UK driving license and valid passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan project scope, execute plans, and release new products and technologies to market.
• Support projects through Renishaw's product development process.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders via presentations and documentation.
• Lead risk management and manage resources for project teams.
• Oversee project costs, forecasts, and documentation via Renishaw tools.
• Attend team updates and retrospectives, contribute to process improvements.
