Job summary

Redline Group Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager - R&D for a leading process instrumentation manufacturer based in Camberley, Surrey. You will own complex, non-standard projects from concept through to first delivery, ensuring the NPI process is executed with precision.

Applicants will bring experience in New Product Introduction, product development or project delivery, and ideally exposure to regulated industries. British citizenship is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in NPI, product development or project delivery environments.
• Experience delivering complex products from concept to release.
• Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to spot risks early, think critically, and act before issues escalate.
• Location: Camberley, Surrey (British citizen required).

Redline has been retained by a leading process instrumentation manufacturer who are looking for a Project Manager - R&D to join their R&D team based in Camberley.

Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of complex, non-standard projects. You\'ll lead programmes from initial customer engagement through to first delivery, ensuring every stage of the NPI process is executed with precision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), product development or project delivery who is looking for greater ownership, increased responsibility and career progression.

The nature of the industry and products will require someone who is a British Citizen.
