Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking undergraduates for a 12-month placement in the Agricultural Science team starting July 2027. You\'ll contribute to applied research on crop productivity, resilience and sustainability across the supply chain, with exposure to field trials, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The role offers hands-on experience across field, laboratory and office environments, with guidance and development to help you grow in a fast-paced, consumer-focused company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Agricultural Science or related field.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to field locations.
• Keen to gain hands-on experience across field, lab, and office work.
• Curious about crop science and sustainable agriculture.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support field, storage and lab projects across key crops.
• Collect, organise and check trial data to interpret results with guidance from the team.
• Prepare clear trial summaries, reports and presentations.
• Build knowledge of crop research, trialling, technology and sustainable agriculture.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver activities.
