Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to join an established engineering business in the Colchester area. The role will involve managing technical projects from concept through to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and internationally.

You will drive project plans, budgets, and resource needs, lead a small coordination team, and push improvements in PM processes and reporting to support growth and delivery of innovative

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within engineering, R&D or product development.
• Experience delivering New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous team leadership or line management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Relevant engineering or project management qualifications would be advantageous.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Teamwork would be beneficial.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced R&D Project Manager to join an established and innovative engineering business in the Colchester area.

This role will involve managing a range of technical projects from concept through to completion, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and New Product Development (NPD) projects from initial concept through to delivery
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, mechanical design and manufacturing
