Elix Sourcing Solutions is hiring an R&D Project Engineer for a manufacturing environment in Bingley. You will drive new products from concept to production, collaborating with sales, design and production teams across the group.

This role offers a clear path to senior group-wide responsibilities, with strong training, progression and a supportive, high‑performance culture. You must be able to commute to Bingley and be eligible to work in the UK.

R&D Project Engineer - Manufacturing
£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Benefits
Monday - Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00. Friday, 08:30 - 13:00
Bingley - Commutable from Bradford, Shipley, Keighley, Leeds, Halifax

Do you have experience developing new products from initial concept through to production and commercialisation? Have you worked with a variety of materials and products within a manufacturing environment? Do you want an exciting new role within a global organisation who are know for their first class training, development and staff retention?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an R&D Project Engineer to join the team at their state of the art facility in Bingley. This is a key role within the facility and the wider group, you will collaborating with multiple internal teams such as; sales, design, production and other sites. The successful applicant will gather market research, analyse costs, potential risks and strategies for bringing new products to market. You will have the backing of senior management across the site and other facilities in the group to bring plans, projects and products to life. The long term plan for this candidate is to move into a senior position on a group wide basis where you will have enhanced responsibilities, packages and team headcount.

This is an excellent opportunity within a multisite, successful manufacturer who are at the fore front of their sector that are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced CNC & production team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development.
