• NPD experience within manufacturing
• An understanding of manufacturing designs, processes and products
• A commutable distance to Bingley

• Working with multiple internal teams within the facility and group to bring new products to market and production
• Contribute to development into a more senior role within the group
• Collaborate with sales, design and production teams across sites to deliver projects
