The role focuses on developing new products from concept through production, collaborating with sales, design and production across sites, with clear progression and strong training support.

The successful candidate will drive market research, cost analysis and risk assessment to bring plans and products to life, with a long-term path toward senior group-wide responsibilities

Qualifications

• NPD experience within manufacturing.
• Understanding of manufacturing designs, processes and products.
• Commutable distance to Bingley.
