Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (R&D) to steer complex New Product Development initiatives from concept to launch, coordinating technical development, regulatory activities and manufacturing readiness. The role requires delivering end-to-end programme leadership across multiple functions.

You will collaborate with Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Supply Chain, Clinical, Commercial and Executive teams to drive governance, risk

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of programme/project management in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Experience in design controls and regulatory process alignment (ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic New Product Development programmes from concept through launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans and governance structures.
• Manage regulatory, quality and manufacturing readiness as part of programme delivery.
• Provide executive reporting and risk management across workstreams.
