Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in the UK is seeking a senior software leader to manage a dedicated team delivering Raman spectroscopy software.

You will guide product lifecycle, drive innovation, and coordinate with partners worldwide to integrate hardware and software across the Raman product line. The role focuses on leading technical teams, advancing software architecture, and delivering high-quality solutions for regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous

Qualifications

Experience leading technical teams as a project or people manager.
Design and development of commercial software products on Microsoft or Linux platforms with modern architecture technologies.
Strong software engineering and development experience including CI/CD and DevSecOps.
Experience with software development for regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the next-generation Raman software products.
Oversee overall operations in the assigned R&D area with a defined software product lifecycle.
Resolve engineering and research challenges and drive investigations to closure.
Collaborate with internal and external development partners to integrate hardware and software.
Develop and mentor software team members to foster innovation and high-quality delivery.
