Job summary

Afton in Bracknell, UK, seeks a senior R&D leader to guide the Heavy-Duty Engine Oil (HDEO) R&D team. You will drive enabling chemistry, new products, and performance testing aligned with our roadmap and customer needs.

You will supervise team members, manage performance, recruit talent, and coordinate with R&D directors, HR, and cross-functional groups to execute strategic plans and IP activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or related engineering field.
• MBA or PhD preferred.
