The successful candidate will work under supervision, handle Oracle-based financial activities, liaise with budget holders and suppliers, and help ensure timely, accurate financial information to support research

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Research & Development Finance as an R&D Finance Assistant - Operational Finance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop financial and analytical skills while supporting the delivery of high-quality financial services to research and development business units.

As an R&D Finance Assistant, you will provide essential financial and administrative support to the Research & Development Finance function. Working under the guidance of senior finance colleagues, you will assist with financial administration, invoice processing, reporting, reconciliations, and the resolution of financial queries. You will play a key role in ensuring financial information is processed accurately and that stakeholders receive timely and effective support.
