Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years hands-on R&D team management.
• 6+ years hands-on development with strong system architecture background.
• Deep proficiency in C++ and at least one of Java, C#, or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading global R&D with cross-site collaboration.
• Proven track record delivering SDLC from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and lead a new R&D team for core components of Idira Credential Provider.
• Collaborate daily with global R&D, Product, and security counterparts to drive cross-site execution.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to grow the team.
• Plan, design, and deliver a robust, scalable, and secure product.
• Ensure timely delivery while meeting security and quality goals.
• Partner with Product and Security teams to maintain compliance and posture.
