Your role in our mission

• Manage daily operations of our Apttus Billing Platform, ensuring seamless administration and support.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Oversee processing of new customer orders, suborders, and contract renewals.
• Contribute to system improvements and participate in platform enhancement initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with the Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
• Analyze Level 1 support trends to improve user training and adoption strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and persistent in overcoming obstacles.
• Excellent communication skills for internal engagement.
• Proficient in IT systems, maintaining data integrity.
