Your role in our mission
- Manage daily operations of our Apttus Billing Platform, ensuring seamless administration and support.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
- Oversee processing of new customer orders, suborders, and contract renewals.
- Contribute to system improvements and participate in platform enhancement initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with the Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
- Analyze Level 1 support trends to improve user training and adoption strategies.
Valued skills and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and persistent in overcoming obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills for internal engagement.
- Proficient in IT systems, maintaining data integrity.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including pivots, databases, and data manipulation.
- Several years of billing or order entry experience, with Salesforce and/or Apttus platforms.
