Your role in our mission

• Manage daily operations of our Apttus Billing Platform, ensuring seamless administration and support.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team for customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Oversee processing and review of customer orders, suborders, and contract renewals.
• Contribute to system improvements and process enhancements.
• Partner with Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
• Support user experience by analyzing trends and improving training and adoption strategies.
