Job summary

BUILDHOLLYWOOD is seeking a proactive Quote Manager to join our UK Creative Studio network. You’ll liaise with suppliers, develop accurate quotes, and ensure costings, lead times and resources are captured for each project, from initial brief to final deck.

Based in the UK, the role offers a competitive package with a £45k circa salary plus bonus, 25 days annual leave, life insurance, flexible working and an employee assistance programme.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge and experience within a similar industry, with the ability to apply relevant industry knowledge to the role.
• Ability to accurately ballpark and estimate job costs.
• Throrough understanding of budgets and end to end quoting process.
• Understanding of production, manufacturing, or build processes to support accurate quoting and planning.
• Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and production partners to obtain costs, lead times and availability.
• Build accurate, commercially viable quotes for Creative Studio projects with the team.
• Identify resources, suppliers and production methods for each project and capture all associated costs.
• Develop and maintain a consistent quoting system, templates and processes to improve accuracy and turnaround times.
• Pull together realistic lead times for all elements and reflect in client quotes.
• Create clear, professional client-facing quote decks with costs, lead times, designs and project information.
• Work closely with Head of Print Operations on production quotes and reflect requirements.
• Develop understanding of production formats and methodologies to provide ballpark costs where appropriate.
• Identify potential production risks, hidden costs, dependencies and scope considerations.
• Ensure quotes are commercially viable and aligned with margin expectations.
• Manage project budget sheets and track costs against budgets.
• Maintain an archive of case studies and project examples to support quotes.
• Set and maintain high standards for accuracy and quote turnaround times.
