Job summary

BUILDHOLLYWOOD is a UK-based street advertising specialist with in-house production and a Creative Studio based in NW10. The Quote Manager will quote creative briefs, work with sales and production teams, and develop client-facing quote decks with lead times and designs.

You’ll identify resources, suppliers and production methods, build viable quotes, and ensure costs align with margins while maintaining accurate budget sheets and timely turnaround.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in a similar industry and quoting roles.
• Ability to ballpark and estimate job costs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs, lead times and availability.
• Build accurate, commercially viable quotes for projects.
• Identify resources and costs for each project.
• Develop and maintain a consistent quoting system and templates.
• Pull together lead times for project elements in quotes.
• Create professional client-facing quote decks with costs and timelines.
• Work with Head of Print Operations on flatbed production quotes.
• Develop understanding of production formats to provide ballpark costs.
• Identify risks, hidden costs, and scope considerations.
• Ensure quotes are aligned with margin expectations.
• Manage project budget sheets and track costs vs budgets.
• Archive relevant case studies to support quotes.
