Ingram Micro in Milton Keynes is seeking a Detail‑oriented Quote & Configuration Specialist to support the sales team. The role focuses on quotes, orders, and contracts, ensuring accurate processing and timely updates across CRM/ERP systems.

You’ll collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to address inquiries, monitor progress, and uphold high standards of documentation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle challenges proactively.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and an interest in technology.
